The Visitor Info Center is located at 330 South Tryon Street (about 4 blocks from the Westin). The center is open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday – Friday and from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturday (closed Sunday). The Center provides guided walking tours, Charlotte-themed gifts and information on area attractions.
