After graduating from the University of Michigan, Dr. Neuss took his medical training at Duke University where he completed his fellowship in hematology and medical oncology. Since leaving Durham, NC, he has been in private practice in Cincinnati, OH. Dr. Neuss became involved with the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) in 2002 and has served on the Health Services, Quality of Care, and Clinical Practice Committees. He became involved with ASCO through the Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI). The purpose of the QOPI program is to serve as a certification vehicle for outpatient chemotherapy administration. Our goal has always been to promote excellence in cancer care for patients who deserve the best care we can provide, with minimal unnecessary variation, maximal adherence to reasonable guidelines, and respect and attention to each patient’s circumstance and wishes.
