Gift and Resource Contributors

Conference Home

Following are two easy ways you can contribute to the APOS 5th Annual Conference:

  • Provide attendee gifts
  • Provide informational resources

Attendee Gifts
By providing APOS 5th Annual Conference attendees with gifts, you will be placing your organization’s name and logo in front of 400 oncologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, social workers, counselors and patient advocates. Gifts will be distributed with conference materials at registration. Some examples of attendee gifts include the following:

  • Lanyards
  • Notepads
  • Pens
  • Calculators
  • Stress Balls

Get creative and think about what kind of impression your organization would like to make. Gift sponsors should be prepared to supply at least 400 gifts. APOS will provide the official conference bags. Please complete the Gift Provider Registration form. There is no fee to register as a gift provider.

Resource Table
The APOS resource table is another great way to market your organization to APOS conference attendees while providing them with the latest information on psychosocial oncology. APOS will provide a table near the attendee registration desk to display informational resources such as literature from advocacy organizations, books, professional journals and videos.

APOS requires that any items offered for sale are accompanied by order forms. No sales may be conducted at the APOS Annual Conference. APOS requests a 30% discount for attendees who order items during or after the Annual Conference. Please complete the Resource Table Registration form (PDF). There is no charge to register for the Resource Table.
